We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the overall performance of a manufacturing facility in Celaya, Guanajuato.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: Lead all plant operations to achieve business and operational objectives.
Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop the plant leadership team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage plant budgets, KPIs, and resource planning.




Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
5+ years in a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leadership role.
Experience leading large manufacturing teams and driving operational improvements.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Safety, and Cost Management.
Advanced English.
