Employee inquiries: Ensure a proper quality and timely response to all employees HR-related inquiries through CRM Tool (Service Now).
Reporting: Generate customized and recurring reports for HR or audits when required.Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax forms through CRM Tool (Service Now).
Your ProfileExperience:1-2 years of experience in Shared Services operations in a similar role.Education: Bachelor's degree in administration, Human Resources or related field.Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (intermediate), English level (advance d).
