Confiz is seeking a python focused engineer with strong experience in MLOps and DevOps to join our growing team in Mexico.ResponsibilitiesBuild tools for automation around ML workflows orchestration and model deployments using CI/CD workflowsAutomate infrastructure deployments and tool configurations using Terraform or similar IaC toolsWrite clean, maintainable code in Python, Go and other object-oriented programming languages (e.G., Java).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML workflow deploymentsGenerate and maintain operational reporting pipeline through tools like big query, looker and tableau.Collaborate with data scientist to improve developer workflows and ensure seamless integration with tools.Required Skills and QualificationsHands‐on experience with Vertex AI, or other similar platforms like Amazon SageMager,Understanding of different model and its model deployment, monitoring,



and scaling in production environmentProficiency in PythonBasic knowledge on reporting tools like Tableau, looker, big query (SQL)Experience with Ecommerce, understand general digital ecommerce conceptsExperience with Kubernetes or other containerized orchestration platformsBasic knowledge of cloud technologies (e.G., AWS, GCP)Familiarity with security best practices in cloud and containerized environments.Ability to write unit tests, integration tests, and provide clean, reusable code.Passion for utilizing GenAI to reduce manual processBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a related role.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
