Bilingual Spanish/English Appointment Setter — Medicare Insurance (Remote)

We're hiring a bilingual Spanish/English specialist to support a fast-growing U.S. Medicare insurance agency.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
We're a Medicare-focused insurance agency based in Vancouver, Washington, serving Medicare beneficiaries across the state. The agency specializes exclusively in Medicare, helping clients navigate Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans from top carriers. Their brokers average 10 years of experience and take an education-first approach — helping clients fully understand their options so they can make informed healthcare decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support Spanish-speaking clients via calls & texts, answer questions, coordinate follow-ups, call medical offices to schedule appointments on their behalf
Make outbound calls to leads using a power dialer,



book appointments directly onto the sales agent's calendar
Log all client info, notes, and activity in the CRM
TARGETS
200 outbound calls/day (power-dialer assisted)
15+ appointments booked/day, minimum
WHAT YOU NEED
Fluent Spanish + good conversational English (doesn't need to be native-level, but must fully understand and communicate clearly)
CRM experience — GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
Comfortable with high call volume, self-motivated, persistent
Organized and reliable with admin/follow-up work
TOOLS
GoHighLevel (CRM), Convoso (power dialer), Discord (team comms)
