Reporta a EL Sales Support Manager - Pre-Sales __ Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.
The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification business for the Smart Power division in US Market.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
Provide timely warranty support to ABB Sales, ABB Distributors, OEMs, Contractors, and End Users.
Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications.
Performing analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs; and proposing the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.
Qualifications For The Role BS in electrical or mechanical engineering or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of product knowledge in the design, manufacture, and application of molded case circuit breakers, transformers, residential products, lighting panels, switches, and general-purpose control products.
High energy level, self-starter, highly analytical, and strong customer service
