WE’RE HIRING: In-House Recruitment Manager (Fintech)

Location: Mexico City

Are you a talent hunter who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments? Do you speak Tech and Product fluently? Ready to own recruitment from sourcing to scaling?

We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to:

1. Own full-cycle hiring for AI/ML, blockchain, and product roles

2. Partner with leadership to forecast & build world-class teams

3. Build scalable processes (and improve them with AI)

4. Act as a strategic advisor—not just a ticket-taker

Job requirements

You bring:

✅ 5+ years in recruitment (Fintech/Tech/Startup)

✅ Proven track record hiring senior Tech & Product talent

✅ High ownership, low ego, and a "build it" mindset
