**Mission**
Contribute to the execution of talent acquisition services, ensuring the attraction of the right personnel in line with the business strategy and core values, while ensuring diversity and inclusion.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the Talent Acquisition process in a professional, modern, and lean manner in collaboration with HR Operations, managers, and talent acquisition specialists.
- Schedule and conduct phone interviews, verify and analyze references.
- Organize assessments and manage criminal background checks.
- Attend recruitment activities, such as job fairs and recruitment events.
- Drive efficient ways of working with system support within the area.
- Manage employee onboarding in various HR tools.
- Responsible for compiling and delivering the onboarding package.
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working, using digitalization and agile methodology as enablers to achieve greater efficiency.
- Be a role model for data-driven ways of working.
- Act as OneHR through active collaboration with HR colleagues at the local, regional, and global levels.
- Actively contribute to the development of the HR RCoE.
**Competency, Skills, and Experience Requirements**
- Mandatory: Bachelor's Degree
- Desired Specialty: Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
- More than 1 year of experience in a similar role is desirable or through internal promotion within the company.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory; additional fluency in French or Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Experience with cloud-based HR administration systems, Microsoft 365 an TEAMS
- Process Improvement: Experience with the automation and digitalization of HR processes, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues while maintaining confidentiality.
