Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of test engineers providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful test planning and execution- and company policies
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
At least 5 years of experience in test engineering with a focus on technical leadership- Strong knowledge of Scrum Kanban and Agile principlesFlexible and comfortable with working in constantly changing environmentsEmbrace a culture of trust and complete transparencyDedication to the "automate everything" principlePassionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging/disruptive technologiesStrong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript TypeScript




- Python or JavaExperience with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium Appium JUnit PyUnit or CucumberExpertise in test automation including automation framework design and developmentKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI/CD or CircleCIExperience with cloud-based testing platforms and services such as AWS Device Farm or Google Cloud Test Lab
- Experience with production monitoring and alerting capabilitiesExcellent leadership communication and project management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
