- Enhance our innovation processes tailored to the LATAM market.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Innovation Sufficiency: Ensure sufficient and representative innovation for sales.
- NPI End-to-End Implementation: Improve time to market.
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams to foster a culture of innovation
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business/brand management and program management (innovation processes).
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively, offering constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
- A strong balance between strategic thinking and execution—able to conceptualize and implement ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in English is required.
