**Position Summary**
The Financial Analyst (FP&A;) will play a key role in the company's financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
This position will provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.
The Financial Analyst (FP&A;) will work closely with various departments to gather data, analyze financial information, and prepare reports for senior management.
**How You'll Make a Difference**
- Financial Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis to understand the root causes of financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Performance Measurement: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and management of the annual budget, long-term financial plans, and periodic forecasts.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital projects, and business planning.
- Business Partnering:



Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Act as a financial advisor to various departments.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by senior management.
Experiência y requisitos
**What You'll Need to Help Us Win**
- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance or accounting
- A curious and inquisitive mind.

- Team player
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Experience in outdoor / action sports, or consumer goods is a plus
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
