**Mission of the Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**- Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively engage with universities, technical schools, and other talent sources to build strong relationships and promote Epiroc as an employer of choice.
- Academic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with academic institutions, career services, and student organizations to enhance our visibility and talent pipeline.
- Recruitment Events: Organize and participate in job fairs, campus events, and other recruiting activities to engage and attract emerging talent.
- Internship Program: Support the design and execution of Epiroc's internship and entry-level programs, focusing on program quality and participant engagement.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track and report key recruitment metrics, using insights to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.
**Qualifications**- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications,
or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for experience in campus recruiting, early-career hiring, or university relations.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate closely with Managers and Local HR.- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- A data-driven approach to evaluating recruitment strategies.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
- Experience with technical roles.
- Proficiency in English & Spanish is a must; fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
