**JOB PURPOSE**
Lead driving force to analyze and solve product, test program and test fixture related issues.
**JOB SUMMARY**
- Responsible for solving quality and engineering problems in production process
- Build, maintain and control test plan, test system and test program.
- Analysis, verification and solution of test fixture, test procedure as well as program issues of products.
- Continuously improve, integrate and optimize testing procedures to reduce cost.
- Support other department on end-to-end operations concerning product related issues.
**EDUCATION AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor degree on Electronic, Computer science, Information technologies (this requirement is a must)
- 2 years of experience in similar position including hands-on involvement in product design, testing,



development and manufacturing processes
- Ability to interpretate and modify circuit diagrams, test programs
- Knowledge in programming languages (Python, Linux, DOS)
- Soldering skills
- English 80% or higher
