**Position Overview**
**What you'll do**
- _Continuously improving sourcing strategies to attract top talent._
- _Collaborating with internal departments such as HRBP, Total Rewards, Finance, Payroll, HR, Training, and Operations to achieve hiring goals._
- _Staying abreast of industry trends,



salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent._
- _Providing first line support for the TA Manager if required._
**Who you are**
- _Educational: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field._
- _English skills: B2+, or Above._
- _Excellent Communication_
