You will work closely with a lead generation team focused on the international market, supporting sales and marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
- Make calls to potential clients in international markets _(mainly English speaking).

- Identify, contact and qualify prospects requiring IT Staff Augmentation services.
- Schedule meetings with the sales team to continue the closing process.
- Maintain updated prospect information in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
- Actively participate in Lead Generation team meetings to improve processes and share best practices.
- Meet monthly lead generation goals established by the team.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced level of English _(C1 or higher)_, both spoken and written.




- Previous experience in lead generation or telephone sales, ideally in the IT or B2B services sector.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and Staff Augmentation _(desirable).

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Availability to work in Hermosillo, Sonora.
