We are Hiring: Project Manager (Architecture for U.S. Clients)
? Remote | ? Integral | Pay in USD ? At Pistil Consortia, we design thoughtful, human-centered spaces. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful delivery from project kickoff through completion. About the Role
This role is responsible for overseeing project planning, team coordination, client communication, and project performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. What You'll Do
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery from kickoff through completion.
Develop project scopes, schedules, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with U.S. clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions.
Lead project meetings, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
Manage team workload, resources, and priorities to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
Ensure project documentation, coordination,
and deliverables meet company and client expectations.
Support quality control and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Are Looking
For
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience within architecture, engineering, or construction.
Experience managing U.S. architecture or construction projects.
Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and remote teams.
Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Monograph, or similar tools.
Proficiency in Revit (required).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycles.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven professional capable of contributing with minimal supervision and onboarding.
