What We Are Looking For

- Planning, coordinating and managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle

- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with quality requirements

- Coordinating cross-functional project teams, including Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Quality

- Monitoring project milestones, deliverables, budgets and project risks

- Preparing and maintaining project schedules, action plans and status reports

- Managing project-related communication with internal stakeholders and customers

- Identifying project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation measures

- Coordinating project meetings and tracking action items to ensure timely completion

- Supporting change management activities and ensuring proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle

- Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures and applicable regulations

What Qualifications You Should Have

- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a comparable field of study





- Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or defense industry

- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent) is considered an advantage

- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills

- Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities

- Experience in managing cross-functional and international projects

- Good understanding of project planning tools and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)

- Independent and self-reliant way of working

- Willingness to business travel

- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Romanian; German language skills are considered an advantage
