How You’ll Make an Impact - Lead and execute R&D; projects for distribution transformers - Develop and improve technical standards and material specifications - Identify and implement new technologies and product strategies - Define software specifications and analyze software behavior - Debug and review code to ensure optimal performance - Collaborate with integral teams and manufacturing sites - Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies - Stay current with industry trends and best practices Your Background - Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years,
