Specific Functions
1 Strategic %
a. Maintain electricity consumption control to develop reduction projects and support company goals *****
b. Maintain Natural Gas consumption control to develop reduction projects and support company goals
c. Maintain Well Water consumption control to develop reduction projects and support company goals
2 Operational
a. Maintain building conditions, walls, roof, roads, lights, tanks farm,



truck ramps and building doors *****
b. All utilities equipment to good operating conditions, electrical sub-stations, Air compressors and Cooling Towers
c. Main system, Industrial, Sanitary and Pluvial drainage
3 Resource Management
a. Management of Electricity, Water and Natural Gas Consumption in alignment with ****, ***** & ***********
b. Management of suppliers for janitorial service, landscape service and utility equipment maintenance
c. Manage the compliance of legal and corporate plant requirements from the facility perspective
