**SUMMARY**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Approve supplier sourcing nomination for new projects in the name of quality.
- Manage on time APQP (Advanced Project Quality Planning) for projects in development (PDP).
- Ensure on time PPAP (production parts approval process) activities for projects in development (PDP).
Auditing supplier manufacturing capability (VDA 6.3) and conducting
- at supplier location.
- Manage supplier escalations within the supplier quality organization.
- Communicate and interface within the supplier quality organization.
**Skills & Strengths**:
- Engineering degree (mechatronic, electrical, electronics).
- No less than 5 years' experience in the automotive industry (no less than 2 years in Quality preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of the methodology for the standardized assurance of the quality and reliability of E/E products and components (Simulation, CAE, AEC Qxx - series, IPC A series, Functional Safety ISO ***** (HIL/SIL), Automotive Spice, as well as the HV specifications).
- Understanding manufacturing processes of electric/electronic assemblies: PCB assembly, ESD, LIN bus, software, assembly and automation, high-voltage technology.
- VDA 6.3 certification is preferred.
- Full knowledge on Automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, R&R;, GDT) preferred.
- Desirable to have Six Sigma training (Green Belt).
- Basic IT Tools (MS Suite).
- Availability to travel into supplier manufacturing locations.
