Job Scope

- Language Proficiency: Spanish (native) / English (fluent). Portuguese (Conversational proficiency).
- Client & Order Management: Handle client inquiries, process sales orders, and manage after-sales customer service.
- Business Development: Expand market presence in overseas regions while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Brand & Sales Promotion: Promote products and enhance company brand awareness in local markets.
- Exhibition & Travel: Plan and participate in international trade shows and travel overseas for client visits.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales progress, key performance metrics, and market share.
- Operational Support: Execute tasks assigned by management and provide cross-departmental administrative support.
- Social Media Promotion (Plus): Experience in social media promotion is a plus.
- Industry Background (Plus): Spring-related machinery, or similar industrial machinery/equipment background is a strong plus.
