Field Recruiter – Tijuana, Mexico Location: Tijuana, Baja California Job Type: Full-time | On-site Language: Advanced conversational or native English (required) About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Field Recruiter to join our team in Tijuana.
This position will play a key role in attracting talent for electrical construction projects in the United States.
The Field Recruiter will work on-site and collaborate closely with our Human Resources and Operations teams.
This role requires travel to different projects throughout the United States, so a passport and visa are required.
Responsibilities: Recruit primarily for specialized roles in the electrical construction industry, including journeymen, leads, superintendents, apprentices, electricians, etc.
Post job openings, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the recruitment process.
Source candidates through various platforms and job fairs.
Maintain consistent communication with the U.S.-based team and candidates.




Track progress and report recruitment metrics.
Requirements: Must reside in Tijuana, B.C. Advanced written and spoken English (required).
At least 4 years of recruiting experience in the electrical construction industry; experience recruiting for U.S.-based positions is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
Availability to travel throughout the United States.
What We Offer: Competitive, negotiable salary of $40,000–$70,000 MXN per month, depending on experience.
