The Role:
We are looking for an experienced
Technical Lead
with over 10 years of IT experience and strong expertise in
.NET technologies
and
SQL Server
. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to client interaction and project delivery across onshore and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end technical delivery including
requirement gathering
,
design
,
development
,
testing
, and
deployment
Drive and participate in
Scrum ceremonies
– daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective
Act as the
Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
for client communication on release activities and issue resolution
Provide
technical leadership
and support to developers at all level
Manage and support
release and production activities
,



including deployments and issue resolution
Participate in architectural and major design discussions with client
Monitor daily/weekly jobs and provide production support
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of hands-on experience in:
.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, Web API
JavaScript, JQuery, Kendo UI
SQL Server and SSIS
Good knowledge of
AWS
and cloud integrations
Strong skills in
UI and database design
,
unit testing
, and
bug fixing
Experience with
build and deployment
processes across Dev and STG environments
Proven ability to
coordinate with onsite/offshore teams
and resolve technical issues efficiently
