Situated at our state-of-the-art Mexico City facility, this opportunity offers the chance to lead and shape the operations of our Warehouse Operations team in an environment committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven and hands-on Logistics Operations Manager to lead and oversee warehouse and logistics operations within our Contract Logistics business.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service delivery.As a key operational leader, you will be responsible for managing daily site activities, developing high-performing teams,



and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class supply chain solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control processesEnsure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standardsOptimize workflows, resource allocation, and facility utilization to drive operational efficiencyDefine, monitor, and analyze KPIs (productivity, service level, accuracy, safety, cost)Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / process optimization methodologiesLead, coach, and develop a diverse workforce across multiple shiftsFoster a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on accountability and engagementSupport talent development and succession planning initiativesEnsure accurate inventory control and minimize shrinkageImplement best practices to protect product integrity and ensure quality standardsAct as a key liaison between operations, transportation, procurement, and customer service teamsCoordinate with external vendors and logistics partners to ensure seamless executionMaintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholdersManage relationships with third-party providers and contractorsEnsure service levels, cost efficiency,



and compliance with organizational standardsPromote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to EHS standardsConduct risk assessments and support incident investigationsEnsure regulatory compliance across all operationsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field5–8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chainProven experience managing teams in high-volume, fast-paced environmentsStrong knowledge of WMS, inventory management systems, and operational KPIsExperience in contract logistics or manufacturing environmentsDemonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBilingual (English & Spanish) preferredWhy Join CEVA Mexico?
