Maintenance ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment.
This position is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing operational uptime, leading maintenance teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS management.
- Manage maintenance personnel, contractors, and departmental resources.
- Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and reliability initiatives.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement actions to improve performance.




- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.Qualifications- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related).
- 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading maintenance teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
