We are currently expanding our international team and are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with a proven background in Data Centre projects.

Applications without previous Data Centre experience will not be considered. ⸻ The Opportunity This is an opportunity to work on large-scale international data centre developments alongside experienced architects and multidisciplinary teams. You will play a key technical role in project delivery, developing coordinated BIM models, producing construction documentation, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining the highest quality standards. This position is suited to architects who enjoy solving complex technical problems and delivering technically demanding projects. ⸻ Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Develop and coordinate architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

•⁠ ⁠Produce high-quality construction documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate architectural information with structural and MEP disciplines.

•⁠ ⁠Review project information and resolve coordination issues.

•⁠ ⁠Participate in technical design coordination meetings.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain BIM and documentation quality standards.

•⁠ ⁠Support project teams throughout the delivery process.





•⁠ ⁠Contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows. ⸻ Required Experience Essential •⁠ ⁠Architecture degree.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 8 years of professional experience.

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrable experience delivering Data Centre projects.

•⁠ ⁠Advanced Autodesk Revit skills.

•⁠ ⁠Strong technical detailing ability.

•⁠ ⁠Experience producing construction documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Experience working within multidisciplinary BIM environments.

•⁠ ⁠Professional level of spoken and written English.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Desirable •⁠ ⁠Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

•⁠ ⁠Navisworks.

•⁠ ⁠BIM coordination.

•⁠ ⁠ISO 19650 workflows.
