Smurfit WestRock is looking for a Sourcing Support professional to join our team.
This role is key to ensuring full shipment visibility, timely tracking, and proactive problem‐solving to maintain seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily shipment status to ensure end-to-end visibility across customer orders.
- Work closely with carriers and logistics partners to resolve delays and proactively address delivery issues.
- Document and manage delivery exceptions, such as reschedules, shortages, damages, or failed deliveries.
- Maintain accurate tracking information in internal systems to support real-time decision-making.
- Lead improvement initiatives and present results, KPIs, risks,



and recommendations to management.Requirements- Experience managing and reporting on projects, including presenting KPIs and recommendations.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking to support problem-solving.
- High level of ownership and accountability in daily tasks.
- Solid Excel skills (Power Query is a strong plus).
- Advanced English level (frequent communication with managers).
