About the role
The Room Service Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and directing the work of employees in the In-Room Dining Department while ensuring guest satisfaction in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
What you will do
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel's In-Room Dining Department to ensure established cultural and core standards are met.
Be a visible presence in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle guest complaints, concerns, or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
Write and ensure the quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, and provide knowledge of wines and spirits in an elegantly decorated environment dedicated to providing a distinctive and attentive 24-hour room service and in-room private bar service.
Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
Monitor the physical condition of facilities, equipment, and other areas and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.




Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Depending on the type of operation or hotel occupancy percentage, support other departments within the division by performing service and guest care activities such as banquets, beach and pool service, romantic dinners, or restaurant operations.
What you bring
Two to three years of previous experience in a similar position or as an In-Room Dining Assistant Manager.
Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, marketing, and accounting.
Advanced English.
Requires the ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage systems.
