Nixdorf is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Global Compensation team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative international environment, supporting compensation initiatives across the Americas while partnering with HR and business leaders worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the Americas.

Participate in salary planning processes, including merit increases, bonus reviews, and market adjustments.

Conduct compensation analyses, market benchmarking, and salary structure reviews.

Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations.

Participate in compensation surveys and ensure alignment with market practices.

Support job evaluations, organizational design initiatives, and internal equity reviews.

Analyze compensation trends and recommend improvements to compensation programs and processes.

Qualifications: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance,



Economics, or a related field.

✔ 4-8 years of experience in:

Compensation

Total Rewards

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Administration

✔ Experience with:

Salary structures

Market pricing/benchmarking

Merit and compensation cycles

Job evaluation methodologies

Compensation analytics

✔ Advanced English proficiency.

✔ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience supporting multinational organizations.

Exposure to North American and/or LATAM markets.

Experience with compensation surveys (Mercer, WTW, AON, Radford, etc.).

Experience with incentive plans, bonus programs, or sales compensation.
