Senior PR & Communications Specialist – Life Sciences (Remote)We are looking for a Senior PR & Communications Specialist to support client-facing communications initiatives for U.S.-based healthcare and life sciences organizations.This role is ideal for a communications professional with experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, and healthcare/life sciences communications who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution.The idóneo candidate has experience creating compelling content, managing media outreach, supporting client relationships, and translating complex scientific or technical information into clear communications.Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST | RemoteKey Responsibilities- Manage communications activities for assigned healthcare and life sciences accounts.
- Support client communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Develop press releases, media pitches, corporate messaging, and thought leadership content.
- Build media lists and support journalist outreach campaigns.
- Create LinkedIn and social media content aligned with brand strategy.




- Translate scientific, healthcare, and technical topics into accessible messaging.
- Track PR activities, media coverage, and communication deliverables.
- Collaborate with leadership on multiple client projects.Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or related fields.
- Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical technology organizations.
- Strong English writing skills.
- Experience creating PR materials, press releases, or corporate communications.
- Experience with media relations and journalist outreach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or media is preferred.Preferred:- Agency experience supporting healthcare/life sciences accounts.
- Experience with LinkedIn content, thought leadership, or executive communications.Compensation:- Payroll: MXN $36,000 – $44,000/month- Direct Contractor: MXN $43,000 – $55,000/month
