We work closely with our clients to ensure that their video needs are met while providing 5-star client experience.The role You're the producer's right hand on every project you touch — internally we call this seat Associate Producer.
Creative decisions, scope changes, budget conversations, and anything that needs a judgment call route to the producer.
What you'll own Project setup and systemsBuild and maintain project boards in Monday.Com; Create project folders across Google Drive, Suite, and Frame.Io; Transcribe project handoff forms into working documents for producersSet up Slack channels with the essential project information, to our standardsAttend kickoffs (live or recorded), take notes,



understand what the project actually demandsPost casting calls and run initial talent selectionSource project locationsPartner network~ Close-out and dataClose projects cleanly: all assets collected, all project data captured for KPI reportingSupport client NPS collection, tracking collection rate on every projectAttend weekly meetings on time and ready to discuss projects, roadblocks, and capacityData hygiene ≥95% — production sheets and trackers complete, accurate, current3+ years in video production, project management, or a closely related field~ Video production experience — you understand how a shoot actually comes together~ Fluent written and spoken English (interviews are conducted entirely in English)~ Comfortable working independently, remotely, without someone checking on youAssociate Producer → Producer → Senior Producer.
Our strongest APs take on their own smaller projects and grow into producer seats.
