PaintLab is an award-winning press-on nail brand delivering trend-forward, salon-quality designs for effortless at-home manicures.Our brands have been featured in Vogue, Allure, ELLE, Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Nylon, and Byrdie and are distributed through major retailers, including Ulta Beauty, Walmart, CVS, Nordstrom, Macy's, and Amazon.Role Description We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of the Amazon Seller Central businesses for both Skin Gym and PaintLab.This is a full-time, remote role responsible for the daily management, performance, and profitable growth of both Amazon accounts.
The idóneo candidate is strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in catalog management, listing optimization, advertising, inventory planning, account health, and performance analysis.The Amazon Account Manager will collaborate with our marketing, creative, operations, and customer service teams to strengthen brand presence, improve conversion, grow revenue, and deliver an excellent customer experience across both brands.Own the daily management and growth of the Skin Gym and PaintLab Amazon Seller Central accounts.Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, attributes, images, and A+ Content.Manage catalog health, variation structures, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, duplicate ASINs, and other listing issues.Open, track, and resolve Seller Support cases promptly.Monitor inventory, sell-through, forecasting, FBA replenishment,



and potential out-of-stock risks.Plan and execute promotions, coupons, deals, pricing updates, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other Amazon advertising campaigns.Track advertising spend, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, traffic, revenue, and profitability by brand and product.Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, action items, and growth recommendations.Monitor unauthorized sellers, listing changes, customer reviews, and potential brand-integrity issues.Coordinate closely with marketing and creative teams to develop high-converting, on-brand content for each brand.Stay current on Amazon platform updates, advertising capabilities, policies, and marketplace best practices.Experience managing multiple brands or Amazon accounts simultaneously.
~ Strong knowledge of Amazon catalog management, listing optimization, FBA, inventory planning, promotions, and account compliance.
~ Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales, advertising, inventory, and profitability data.
~ Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Pacvue, or similar platforms.
~ Strong written communication skills and the ability to create clear, persuasive, on-brand product copy.
~ Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate proactively in a fast-paced remote environment.
~ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.Strong inventory availability with fewer stockouts and stranded units.Timely resolution of catalog, account-health, and Seller Support issues.Clear reporting that translates performance data into specific actions and growth opportunitiescom and tell us why you're the perfect fit and provide examples of brands you grew on Amazon.
