Infrastructure & Observability Engineer

How a day to day would look like in this role:

- Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring dashboards, metrics, alerts, and reporting.
- Support the identification, analysis, and tracking of incidents and operational events.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to improve service observability.
- Participate in automation initiatives and continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Contribute to the documentation of procedures, standards, and best practices.
