Bachelor's degree or equivalent,



minimum~3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT, within an agency or corporate environment~ Proven track record staffing positions at all levels across the Software Development Lifecycle~ Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills in both English and Spanish~ Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate flow documentation~ Familiarity with HR practices and labour regulations in Mexico and/or the USLeveraging recruiting tools, LinkedIn, and social media to identify and attract top talentPersonal training and development programmesFully remote, global work experience, with occasional office visits when required by the businessCompetitive compensation in line with local market standards
