- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of compliant marketing materials.
- Drive process improvements and support digital transformation initiatives related to content approval workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize MLR planning,



execution, and governance.
- Support multi-channel and omnichannel campaign execution through effective content management and review processes.
- Utilize Veeva PromoMats and project management tools to monitor progress, timelines, and approvals.What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review and approval processes.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
