Our AI & Analytics practice is at the forefront of this mission, delivering innovative solutions that drive genuine business value.The primary role of the Business Process Consultant is to partner with customers to analyze and improve business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and ServiceNow best practices.
The role involves eliciting and documenting business requirements, advising on solution approaches, and supporting delivery cycles to ensure the successful implementation of business-driven solutions.Work closely with the Project Manager to support delivery within agreed timelines and budget.Develop relevant documentation for Agile and Waterfall engagements, including functional specifications, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, and user stories.Ensure user stories are fully understood and contain clear acceptance criteria to support development and testing activities.Act as a bridge between business and technical teams,



fostering collaboration to resolve business and technology challenges.Support sprint activities, including planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives.Assist teams in defining detailed test scenarios and providing support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect documentation and enhancement tracking.Prepare training materials and deliver train-the-trainer or end-user training sessions as required.
· Education : BA/BS Degree in IT, IS or business-related field or equivalent professional experienceExperience : 5+ years of experience in IT and servicenow business process analysis and optimization.ServiceNow platformStrong analytical and business process optimization skillsExpertise in process modeling, requirements analysis, and functional documentationAbility to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform best practicesSolid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and solution design principlesServiceNow knowledge of 2 or more of the following products is preferable: ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), AI (Now Assist, AI Agent, and Agentic Workflow), AI Control TowerCertifications: ITIL v2 or V3 Foundations, CSA
