What we're looking for...
Our Air Pricing Coordinator plans and directs accounting activities within the Air Pricing Department of OEC Group by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors.
In the position you'd be primarily
responsible for understanding airline routing, warehousing, air freight rate negotiation and dispatching freight.
What you'll be doing:
Obtaining and negotiating rates with agents and oversea offices.
Achieving the company's Air profit growth by maintaining competitive rates and coordinating with Sales on shipments.
Understanding all aspects of air import and export shipments including; preparing documentation, data entry, tracing, billing, arranging deliveries, providing quotations, etc.
Communicating daily with vendors, Sales representatives, and overseas offices.
Handling special air freight projects and business bids.
Providing follow-up closely with sales on customer's feedback of the rate quotes.




Preparing and maintaining air pricing reports which include; cost, profit, transit time, weight, routing, etc.
Getting familiarized with entire air operation procedures, airlines' equipment, transit time and routings.
Work Schedule
GDL Office: 7:00 am-4:00 pm/8:00 am-5:00 pm CST
Who you are:
You have a bachelor's degree in international business or equivalent experience
Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role
You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Your strengths are prioritizing and being capable of working in a fast-paced environment, you have a good sense of urgency, and remain paying attention to details.
Advanced English level is a must
