**Job description**
Develop I4.0 toolboxes and automation capability to support automation roadmap.
Manage a team of project managers, developers, etc.
In your new role you will:
- Lead Automation Development Engineering Team to design process andsystem automation to maximize the manufacturing efficiency through Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Lead and manage the site's Automation team to drive innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Spearhead the design and deployment of Industry 4.0 technologies and advanced technologies to optimize production efficiency and reduce operational costs aligning to business targets.
- Provide technical expert guidance and mentorship to the Automation Development, Deployment, System Integration, Project Managgement & Sustaining Team.
- Manage budgets, manage supplier teams, and optimize automation hardware and software design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions and data analytics for enhanced production performance.
- Implement best practices and standardization for automation development processes, resulting in increased productivity and reduced lead times.
- Mentor and develop team members,



foster a culture of innovation,collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to stay abreast of the latest automation technologies and trends.
- Implementation experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Automation in the manufacturing environment.
- Implementation experience in Smart Dispatch System, Robotic Automation with ARV (Automatic Robotic Storage), Storage Automation, ASRS, Material Management System, Systems integration, etc
**Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technical field
- Relevant working experience and knowledge in semiconductor industry
- Proven track record in achieving high harvest benefit and operationalcost savings from I4.0.

Pay: $130,****** - $190,****** per month
