Maintenance Manager – PrysmianPrysmian is the general leader in the power and telecommunications cable systems industry, manufacturing thousands of kilometres of underground and submarine cables, high‐ to low‐voltage cables, and optical fibres for power transmission, construction, and telecommunications sectors.Job ResponsibilitiesDirect and coordinate all activities of the plant's maintenance area.Develop, implement, and follow up on preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Guarantee the operational continuity of production equipment and auxiliary services.Lead and supervise the team of engineers and maintenance technicians.Manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.Evaluate performance through maintenance and reliability indicators.Execute and supervise maintenance plans and inspections on critical equipment.Coordinate plant improvement, modernization, and infrastructure projects.Manage contractors and suppliers related to maintenance activities.Implement preventive and corrective actions derived from audits, incidents, and performance analysis.Ensure compliance with corporate procedures, policies, and standards.Promote TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and energy‐efficiency requirements.Participate in ISO ****, ISO , ISO , ISO ,



and IATF management systems.Identify and manage risks associated with the maintenance process.Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to Plant Management.Participate in operational and strategic meetings to communicate results and action plans.Actively contribute to the corporate goal of Zero Incidents by promoting a safety culture.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance management within manufacturing environments.Experience leading work teams of more than 20 employees.Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in industrial settings.TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation experience.Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (desirable).
Management of maintenance indicators (KPIs).
Budget management and cost control experience.Experience with ISO ****, ISO , ISO , ISO , and IATF management systems.Knowledge of IATF (desirable).
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar technical design software.Industrial safety and risk management expertise.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Intermediate English skills (desirable).
