Product Line Purchasing Leader Jr
**Position Summary**
The PLPL jr. lead the different buyers/categories and interact with all different areas involved in a project representing SCM.
Actively participation in Flow 3 for determine material cost for new programs and approve purchased parts business.
Responsible for scalation of program management issues that could disrupt flawless launch activities within Supply management and other functions.
Help identify and develop strategies to mitigate risks
Collaborate in Engineering changes quotation
Identify price reductions to meet customer targets and CBU and work with different functional areas.
**Rol**
Attain Quality, Volume and Cost Business Case Requirements of the Product Line
Drive SCM Strategy Development to meet the needs of the product line/OEM
Attain lowest material costs/ideal value stream performance targets by engaging Delphi Engineering, Manufacturing and suppliers
Lead and implement early supplier selection process




Drive development of strategic suppliers by product line category with EDS in collaboration with SCM leaders
Develop and achieve material business case development for new programs through cost modeling, cost profit planning and benchmarking
Responsible for material engineering change quotation.
**Background**
Engineering /Administration degree.
Proven Leadership Skills
2-3 Year experience in SCM or PC
Fluent in Spanish and English
Outstanding verbal, written communication and presentation skills
