**Job Description**:
- Supplier claim process management, including timely organization of containment actions to ensure availability of certified parts.
- Assure the continue flow on non defect components to the production line.
- Assure Problem solving process for suppliers according to the 8D process.
- Coordinate Failure Analysis activities.
- Follow-up of the defect cost recovery process and concessions management.
- Support with the compliance on all Audits Internal and Externals.
- SAP set up of Components (Quality Set-Up, Q-Info Record and Inspection plan).
- Ensures Preventive Quality Planning and Assurance for externally sourced parts (EZRS)



including release of initial samples prior to SOP.
- Coordinate activities for Safe Launch.
- Follow-up to Top worst suppliers (low performance).
- Ensure the department Target Achievement.
- Support the Goals for BPS, CIP, 5's and ESD.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering**:
- ** English language: Advanced**:
- ** Problem solving (desirable)**:
- Electronic components experience
- Automotive Industry experience (desirable)
- Production processes experience (desirable)
- MS Office proficient
- SAP is desired
