Make it your story.Your Role: Own the ChallengeIn this role you will have the opportunity to manage, coordinate, and control warehouse operations, ensuring the proper receipt, storage, and distribution of materials while complying with safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards.The work model for the role is: role is contributing to the Electrification Installation Products in Guadalupe, Actual Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel.Manage and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.Administer material receipts, verifying quantities and conditions.Control material movements with subcontracting (outsourcing) suppliers.Ensure the timely and accurate supply of materials to production areas.Verify compliance with safety regulations for forklift operations.Promote ergonomic practices in the warehouse to prevent workplace risks.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory control actions.Implement improvements in logistics processes to increase efficiency.Ensure materials are properly stored in their designated locations according to the ERP system.Qualifications for the roleYou have 3 to 5 years in similar warehouse and/or logistics positions.Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (completed degree required)Technical Knowledge: ERP / LX systems (preferred)Intermediate Excel skillsRequired Knowledge: Management of operational personnel., inventory control and cycle counting, material receiving and inspection, management of external suppliers (subcontracting/outsourcing providers), production line material replenishment, forklift safety procedures, warehouse ergonomics and industrial safety practices.Intermediate level of English communication skillsBenefitsWe also offer our employees the following benefits:Performance BonusSaving fundPaid parental leaveLife insuranceRetirement planHealth and dental insuranceWellbeing programFlex daysEmployee Assistance Program (PAE)Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)What's in it for youWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
