We're seeking an experienced, well-connected, and highly organized Healthcare Recruiter to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a variety of healthcare functions in Mexico.
This role is adecuado for someone who understands the unique challenges of healthcare hiring and has successfully recruited healthcare professionals such as nurses, medical staff, allied health professionals, healthcare support teams, and other clinical or non-clinical healthcare talent.
✨ Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding
✅ Source top healthcare talent through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and proactive market mapping
✅ Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and professional competencies
✅ Build and maintain robust healthcare talent pipelines




✅ Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and Mexican employment regulations
✅ Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate ATS records and reporting
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monterrey Standard Time | On-Site
Location : Centro Cuauhtémoc in downtown Monterrey (Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla 330, Mirador, ***** Monterrey, N.3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
✔️ Direct experience recruiting within the healthcare sector is required
✔️ Strong understanding of healthcare talent markets, hiring challenges, and workforce trends in Mexico
✔️ Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills
✔️ Collaborate with local and international stakeholders
