At One Call, we help injured workers across the U.S. get the medical care they need. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the connection between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance adjusters, ensuring appointments are scheduled quickly and every case moves forward smoothly.

What you’ll do

Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for injured workers.

Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance adjusters.

Follow up on appointments and resolve scheduling issues.

Maintain accurate case documentation.

Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.

Handle multiple cases while meeting quality and productivity goals.

What we’re looking for

✅ Advanced/Fluent English (Required) – written and spoken.





✅ High school diploma or equivalent.

✅ At least 1 year of experience in:

Customer Service

Call Center

Appointment Scheduling

Healthcare Coordination

Or a similar customer-facing role.

✅ Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

✅ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.

Nice to have

Experience in healthcare, insurance, workers’ compensation, or medical scheduling.

Experience using CRM or case management systems.
