We're looking for a TSA Exit & Separation Program Manager to support a large-scale business separation across LATAM.
This role will lead market readiness, TSA exit execution, operational transitions, and cross-functional coordination between integral and local teams.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico | Remote
Language: Fluent English & Spanish
Duration: 15+ months
Key Requirements:
~6-8+ years of Program/Project Management experience
~ Strong background in M&A;, carve-outs, divestitures, business separations, or TSA Exit programs
~ Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries
~ Exposure to operational readiness, contract novation, legal entities, and transition management
~ Healthcare, Medical Device, Life Sciences, or Consulting experience preferred
