Responsible to analyse demand, resources and capacity required to prepare a manufacturing production plan for a group of products or lines, in daily, weekly, and monthly buckets.
Release and control of production work orders.
Prepare and measure the effectiveness of plan and customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review customer orders and demand to maintain a high level of customer experience.
- Responsible to analyse demand, resources and capacity required to prepare a manufacturing production plan for a group of products or lines, in daily, weekly, and monthly buckets.
- Review capacity & resources (materials and manpower) required for production lines.
- Drive raw materials availability & communication with purchasing organization.
- Maintain data accuracy of system planning key item attributes and parameters.
- New Product Introduction & Product End of Life planning management.
- Active team member in the Daily Management System.
- Propose and drive implementation of operations and planning process improvements.
**Education and Experience Required**:
- Bachelor's degree with technical background (Industrial Engineering, Logistics or similar).




- Proven 3+ years of experience in Planning and Production Control areas.
- APICS CPIM Knowledge, Certification desirable
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- Strong knowledge of ERP Systems (Oracle/SAP desirable)
- Strong knowledge in Shop Floor /Production Control roles and responsibilities (MES/ MOM desirable)
- Strong knowledge in New Production Introduction and End of life planning processes.
- Strong knowledge in Engineering changes management.
- Strong Communication skills: has good listening skills, builds strong relationships, is versátil/open-minded, negotiates effectively.

**Knowledge and Skills**:
- 90% English Spoken and Written.
