We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jr Accounting Analyst to join our growing finance team.
You will work closely with international teams, manage key financial transactions, and support month-end closing activities.

Responsibilities
- Control and coordination of postings and payments related to suppliers and subcontractors
- Contract approval coordination, invoice collection, and closing documents preparation
- Preparation of journal vouchers for Head Office finance team
- Invoice processing and allocation in enterprise management systems (1C, SAP, Oracle or similar)
- Review and verification of employee travel and expense reports




- Day-to-day communication with Head Office finance team and internal stakeholders (Management, HR, Legal, Accounting, Administration)
- Reporting to Finance Manager
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting, management accounting, or financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Preferable experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and explore different approaches
- Excellent attention to detail
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deadline-oriented with strong prioritization abilities
