Responsibilities

- Lead implementation, maintenance, and validation of measuring and test equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Develop test plans and perform CMM programming (PC-DMIS), 3D scanning, and precision measurements.
- Conduct laboratory testing including mechanical, chemical, climatic, coating, cooling, and foam evaluations.
- Manage metrology activities, supplier coordination, quality projects, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Coordinate test technicians, training, task management, 5S activities, and external laboratory testing.





Profile

- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Materials).
- Knowledge of measurement methods, metrology regulations, GD&T;, and control equipment.
- Experience with 3D modeling, PC-DMIS programming, and Geomagic Control X.
- Knowledge of refrigerant cooling circuits and testing technologies.
- English proficiency and technical documentation skills.
