Responsibilities Empower Retail Teams: Deliver high-impact training sessions focusing on brand heritage, product knowledge, and clienteling.
On-the-Floor Coaching: Work closely with store staff to observe, guide, and enhance their sales techniques and customer service skills.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and collaborate with management to identify areas for growth.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5–7-year training experience in perfumes
