They are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Sales Manager with deep roots in the plastics sector and expertise in engineering polymer solutions.
Drive and manage direct sales strategies across the Mexican market.
Identify new commercial opportunities and grow existing client partnerships.
Serve as the primary commercial point of contact within the region.
Collaborate cross-functionally with international technical, sales and R&D; divisions.
Play a central role in scaling and establishing the new regional entity.
Established track record in polymer materials, particularly within high-performance engineering plastics.
Deep knowledge of the local industrial landscape across target sectors (e.G. automotive, industrial, electrical/electronics).
Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
A key sales position in a newly established and growing business unit.
