You will be responsible for:Supporting salespersons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents, equipment – SAP, Tendering tool and CRM) and customer inquiries.Providing monthly and quarterly reports to customers about the status of their elevators and escalators and internal reports for account analysis,Documentation management for Government Tenders and Private Companies.Maintaining customer data and hierarchies in SAP + CRMMonitoring the leads and new opportunities in CRM and assigns them to right person Responsible for invoicing and monitoring of overdue paymentsYou will bring:2 years of Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar roleBachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting or relatedAdvanced knowledge of Excel,
